Overview: College & career coaches will help students explore various career options, get on the right track for their chosen careers, gain admission to post-secondary institutions, discover financial aid opportunities, and more. Our coaches help students in middle and high school explore and map out their plans for the future. We believe that there is a place after high school for everyone, where they can learn, thrive, and reach the highest levels of their potential. Since 2006, we have empowered hundreds of thousands of students to achieve their goals after high school.

Service Area: Tangipahoa Parish
Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in education, social work, or guidance counseling, and must have experience working with students.
Work at a public school campus 2-3 days per week, during school hours. This is a part-time job.
Must have strong computer skills.
Communicate effectively both orally and in written form.
Ability to work well with students, including but not limited to: researching college possibilities, aiding with ACT registration, assisting with completion of college applications, and providing information on financial aid.
Foster and develop relationships with school administration and support staff.
