Overview

Ensuring that students are on the path to being successful adults is a mission that every school administrator, counselor, and educator takes to heart. With limited resources and myriad responsibilities, however, the process of achieving this for each and every student in your care can seem impossible. At Career Compass, we have supported hundreds of thousands of students in Louisiana middle and high schools as they prepare for graduation and life after high school, through one-on-one college & career coaching, seminars, small group mentoring, and more. Our six services are detailed here.

One-On-One Coaching

Trained coaches work 1:1 with high school seniors, equipping them with regionally-relevant workforce and post-secondary information. From exploring career options and FAFSA completion, to test scheduling and college app prep, we complement your counseling staff and take students from uncertainty to confident action.  More information →

Small Group Mentoring
