What it's like to work here

Career Compass brings together people who care about doing meaningful work and doing it well. Our HQ is in Baton Rouge, but we have regional teams based out of North, South, Southeast, and Central Louisiana, working directly with the students and districts closest to them.

We invest in ongoing professional development and real training opportunities, because we center the employee experience just as much as the student experience. We want the people doing this work to genuinely feel like this is the best job ever, not just say it.
